indirect gas fuel furnace
1.Principle
The fuel burning in burner, produing high temperature gas. The heat produced by high temperature gas will conduct to heated air through strengthen heat exchange device. After heat exchanging, the gas temperature will drop to less than 250°C and exhaust to atmosphere. The air will force into the hot air furnace by blower, after sucking heat, the temperature rise to the rated value, and output from the hot air outlet port. When the hot air temperature reach to the maximum rated limited value, the burner will stop burning automatically or turn to small fire automatically. When the hot air temperature drops to the minimum rated limited value, the burner can burning again or turn to big fire automatically. The temperature rising speed is adjusted by inlet air valve.
