Features of vacuum dryer:
1The solution boil point will be low down in the vacuum state. This will increase the heating effects of the evaporator. It will save heating area of the evaporator when the heating quantity is definite.
2Low pressure steam and waste hot steam can be used as the heating source. (some special request for water or oil heating can be special designed)
3Reduce the heating waste of the evaporator.
4It is suitable for easy decompose and polymerize material and some heat sensitive material drying process.
5Disinfection can be done before drying process, any impurity material will not be added during the drying process.
6The vacuum dryer is a stable drying equipment, there is no damages to the drying material on its shape.
